How to Synchronize your Google Calendar with Celavivo Calendar

Keeping your availability accurate is key to avoiding double bookings and missed opportunities. By syncing your personal/business Google calendar with your Celavivo calendar:

Follow the instructions below to sync your Google Calendar:
Access your Google Calendar
On the left side you will see the name of your calendar under "My Calendars".
Hover over your calendar and you will see three vertical dots. Click on the three dots and click on "Settings and Sharing". The settings of your calendar will open. On the left side, you will see the choice "Integrate Calendar".
Click on Integrate calendar and you will be able to see the "Public Address in ical format". Copy the link provided.
As soon as you copy the link, go to celavivo.com, Dashboard- My Listings. Next to each listing you will see three choices, ical, Edit and Delete. When you hover your mouse on ical, it gives you two choices, Import and Export. Click on Import.
Type a name such as "My business Calendar" and paste the link you copied from Google calendar in the URL section. Then click Save and its done.
Now, lets export any bookings you have in Celavivo to your personal/business Google Calendar.
In your listing, hover your mouse over the ical button and click Export.
Celavivo will provide you with a unique URL to your Celavivo booking calendar. Copy the URL provided.
Go back to your Google Calendar.On the bottom left, you will see the My Calendars section and Other Calendars section. Click on the + symbol next to the Other Calendars and select From URL.
Then paste the URL you copied from your listing in Celavivo in the section From URL- URL of calendar.
Done! All your bookings from your personal/business google calendar will now appear in your Celavivo calendar and vice versa.
