If a booking isn’t appearing where expected:
Go to Dashboard > My Bookings
Make sure you’re logged in with the same account you used to book
Check your email for a booking receipt
Go to Dashboard > Bookings
Check both Upcoming and Pending bookings
Make sure your listing is live and approved
If the issue persists, contact support with your name, booking date, and vendor/service name.
