Booking not showing

If a booking isn’t appearing where expected:


🧭 For Customers:
  • Go to Dashboard > My Bookings

  • Make sure you’re logged in with the same account you used to book

  • Check your email for a booking receipt


🧭 For Vendors:
  • Go to Dashboard > Bookings

  • Check both Upcoming and Pending bookings

  • Make sure your listing is live and approved


If the issue persists, contact support with your name, booking date, and vendor/service name.
