If you completed a booking but didn’t get a confirmation email, try the following:


🔍 Step-by-step:
  1. Check your spam or junk folder – emails may sometimes land there.

  2. Log in to your Celavivo account

    • Go to Dashboard > My Bookings

    • If the booking appears there, it was successful.

  3. If you still don’t see it, contact us at [email protected] or use the live chat.


Tip:

Make sure you entered your email correctly at registration. You can update it in Account Settings if needed.
