If you completed a booking but didn’t get a confirmation email, try the following:
Check your spam or junk folder – emails may sometimes land there.
Log in to your Celavivo account
Go to Dashboard > My Bookings
If the booking appears there, it was successful.
If you still don’t see it, contact us at [email protected] or use the live chat.
Make sure you entered your email correctly at registration. You can update it in Account Settings if needed.
