After a booking is confirmed, Celavivo automatically generates a digital contract.

Process:

1. Vendors receive the contract by email.

2. The contract is pre-filled with event details (customer name, date, deposit amount, etc.).

3. Vendors may be asked to complete a few multiple-choice questions (if applicable, e.g., package selection).

4. Vendor reviews and e-signs the contract.

5. The customer then receives the pre-filled contract for their review and e-signature.

6. Once both sign, the final contract is sent by email to both parties.
