Customers:
  • You may cancel a booking by contacting the vendor directly via the Celavivo messaging system.

  • The 12% deposit is non-refundable, except if the vendor cancels or fails to show up.

  • For last-minute cancellations, check the vendor’s own cancellation terms listed in the contract.


Vendors:
  • If you must cancel a confirmed booking, notify the customer immediately.

  • Frequent or unexplained cancellations may result in suspension from Celavivo.

  • Vendors are encouraged to update their availability calendar to avoid accidental bookings.
