Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks – What You Need to Know

Vendor cancels:
Celavivo will try to find a replacement vendor for the customer.
If no replacement is available, the customer receives a full refund of their deposit.
Customer cancels:
Deposits (12%) are non-refundable, as they cover platform costs and vendor reservation.
Chargebacks:
If a customer disputes a charge through their bank, Celavivo will review contracts, messages, and evidence.
Celavivo may step in as mediator to resolve fairly for both parties.
