Celavivo aims to resolve disputes fairly and efficiently.
The 12% deposit is only refundable if the vendor cancels or cannot fulfill the service.
Refunds are not guaranteed for customer-initiated cancellations unless stated in the contract.
If there’s an issue (e.g., no-show, service not delivered), contact Celavivo Support immediately.
We may review chat history, contracts, and any uploaded evidence to help resolve the issue.
